Each year, the ED ISCE organizes a scientific day gathering PhD students, teachers, thesis directors, teams and host laboratories.
The main objective of this day is to gather PhD students of the different specialties of ED ISCE and to follow the progress of the work of the 2nd year students which will be exposed in the form of posters.
The next EDISCE scientific day is on May 16th, 2024.

Organization

Participation of all second year PhD students is compulsory, and strongly recommended for other PhD students and HDRs.
The doctoral students in 2A and 3A* will present a poster and a 3 minutes flash communication in 3 slides on their research work in front of a jury.
This jury will be made up of members of the ELIPSCE association and volunteer doctoral students from the first year and/or third and + year.
Your poster and flash communication can be presented in French or in English. The poster must be in an A0 portrait format (119 x 84 cm) and you will be in charge of printing.
For your information, there is a reprography centre at Grenoble Alpes University. It is open to all staff and students of the university for educational, administrative, associative and personal printing work.

Thanks to the support of ELIPSCE, the EDISCE's PhD Students association, prizes are awarded to the 2 best posters and the 2 best oral presentations, according to the following criteria :
  • general look,
  • quality of the oral presentation,
  • scientific quality,
  • popularization.
*3A and + who were unable to present their research last year.
